General Terms and Acceptance

This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and bss777 ("Platform", "we", "company") governing the use of the bss777 website and all services provided on it.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the bss777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

Account Registration and Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. bss777 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

bss777 reserves the right at any time to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) from any member. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to comply with this verification request may result in a temporary or permanent restriction on the account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

bss777 offers various promotions to its members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific conditions stated alongside the relevant offer, and those conditions form part of these general terms and conditions.

The bss777 welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value — in this example, RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 must be wagered first.

If you deposit the maximum amount for the welcome bonus, which is RM3,200, the bonus received is RM1,500 and the account balance becomes RM4,700. The wagering requirement in this case is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

Abuse of the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to exploit promotions, using betting techniques designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus abuse"), or any form of promotion-related fraud, is strictly prohibited. bss777 reserves the right to cancel related bonuses and winnings and suspend accounts without prior notice.

Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the bss777 platform — including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, and crash games — are subject to their own rules which can be accessed within each respective game.

bss777 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for applicable casino games, ensuring that every game outcome is independent, fair and cannot be manipulated by any party, including bss777 itself.

For sports betting and sportsbook, displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed by the system. bss777 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in certain situations, including but not limited to technical errors, odds displayed unintentionally at significantly abnormal levels, or cancelled events.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session, bss777 will use server records to determine the valid outcome. Server records are final and override any local records on your device.

Accepted User Conduct

bss777 members are expected to use the platform in a responsible, honest and respectful manner. The following are strictly prohibited on the bss777 platform:

• Using any automation software, bots or scripts to replace human actions during play
• Collusion between multiple accounts to exploit game mechanics or promotions
• Disclosing or sharing account login details with other parties
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities into the platform
• Disrupting bss777's technical infrastructure through DDoS attacks, intrusion attempts or any activity that affects the stability of the platform
• Using threatening, abusive or discriminatory language in any communication channel with the bss777 team

bss777 practises a zero-tolerance policy against money laundering. Any account suspected of involvement in such activity will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities and all funds in the account will be frozen until the investigation is complete.

Account Closure and Suspension

Members have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the bss777 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all active bets have been settled and there are no pending withdrawal transactions.

• Betting outcomes that do not go in your favour — all betting activities carry financial risk that is borne entirely by the member
